Rules for using Piko Game

These terms apply from 10 September 2026. By using Piko Game, the user—and a parent or guardian where required—agrees to them.

Educational service

Piko Game provides supplementary learning games and practice. It does not replace a school, teacher, official curriculum assessment, professional advice or an accredited qualification. Content and difficulty may change as the service improves. Learning data is compiled with reference to public materials and is not an official republication of government databases.

Accounts and children

An account is optional. A parent or guardian should supervise a child’s account, profile, purchases and public multiplayer and ensure that use is lawful for the child’s age and location. Do not enter a child’s full legal name or other unnecessary personal details. Keep sign-in access secure and report suspected misuse to j565718319@gmail.com.

Fair play and acceptable use

Users may play for personal and educational purposes. Do not attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service; bypass security; submit automated or falsified scores; impersonate another person; or interfere with another learner. Piko Game may reject scores, revoke sessions or limit access when needed to protect learners and the service.

Rankings and game data

Rankings are public and show a system-generated explorer name and score. Scores may be corrected or removed when they are invalid, abusive or produced outside the game rules. Local practice data can be lost when browser storage is cleared. Cloud availability is not guaranteed.

Purchases

Product: Piko Game Ad-Free Membership — a digital good that permanently hides optional ads in Piko Game. It is not a physical product and is not school tuition.

Price: ¥500 JPY (one-time), shown before checkout when purchasing is enabled for the region and in the live service (paymentAvailable / checkoutAllowed).

Who may buy: A parent or guardian must authorize the purchase. Checkout requires a parental gate and an explicit “I have read the purchase terms” confirmation.

Payment processor: Stripe. Piko Game does not store full card numbers.

Refunds: Statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms. Because this is digital content that may be unlocked immediately after payment, refunds after activation may be limited where permitted by law. To request a refund or billing help, email j565718319@gmail.com with the purchase receipt or Stripe session details. We will review requests in line with applicable consumer law.

Regional limits: When China safe mode is active, online checkout is disabled. Guests may continue local play without purchase.

Ownership and availability

Piko Game’s code, artwork, text and branding may not be copied or redistributed except where a separate license says otherwise. The service may be changed, suspended or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. The service is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not promised.
